Every token launched through nearo routes its pump.fun creator fees into the engine. The engine splits each claim, parks the reserve share in Monero and only releases it once a buyback lands on chain.
The reserve sits somewhere a bot can't front-run. XMR amounts and destinations are private on chain, so nobody can see the size of the buyback before it lands. The view key is published so anyone can still audit the reserve.
Anyone can audit the reserve with a view-only wallet. You can see incoming funds; you can never spend them.
Feather and the official GUI wallet both support "restore from view key" too.
